Once a order is placed with us and upon payment verification, We will send you a revised design layout for your reference/ verification to your email address. If you feel that there is a need for any change even at this point you can respond back to us with in 24 hours.
If we don't hear from you we will proceed to process your order and upon completion we will send you a finished picture of the memorial for reference to your email address before shipment.
All our memorials are safely crated on wooden boxes and shipped through LTL carriers , Our shipper will give you or your shipping contact person a call ahead of delivery. To make sure that they are at the time of delivery.
